Being healthy comes in many different forms. For some people, being healthy means
- Eating organic
- Exercising everyday
- Taking Vitamins
- Eliminating most processed foods
- Being vegan/pescatarian/vegetarian
- Being cautious about ingredients
And the list goes on and on… But for me, being healthy is a holistic concept. I believe our health encompasses our physical, mental and overall well being. They are all interconnected and although one of these may need more attention from us at certain stages of our lives, we cannot leave the other areas unwatered without feeling the negative impacts. Health is an area I’ve spent alot of work on in the last few years so I’m eager to share the small and big changes I’ve made to achieve more balance when focusing on my overall health and well being.
